What is CrossFit Lite?
Whether you’re looking to take a break from the heavy barbell or simply want a more met-cony, cardio type of workout, these classes are perfect for you. They also cater well to beginners. The movements are very much varied and functional, and there is no shortage of intensity. There is very limited use of the barbell and almost nothing considered heavy (which we know is quite relative).
Who is it For? Anyone and Everyone.
- Regular CrossFit Member: If you’ve been doing our regular CrossFit classes and are looking for a little change of pace, then this class might be just what you’re looking for. Regular CrossFit memberships include all classes, including CrossFit 101 and CrossFit Lite.
- CrossFit 101 Member: If you’ve been attending our 101 classes for a little while or just getting going, then add the CrossFit Lite option to your membership to attend any of the CrossFit Lite classes (see below).
- Never Done CrossFit: Even if you’ve never done CrossFit, these classes are far less technical than our regular programming and are a great introduction for beginners. They won’t introduce you to every movement we do like the CrossFit 101 classes, but the movements and programming will give you a great feel for the intensity of CrossFit without some of the complexity and the heavy lifting.
When are CrossFit Lite Classes?
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10am, and Saturdays at 8am. Check this page and our full schedule of classes linked below for all the latest.
What’s the Cost?
Only $69/mo with no contracts. That price will not last long, so if this class sounds like something you want to try then don’t hesitate to jump on this deal.
