New To CrossFit?

So you’ve heard about CrossFit and are ready to give it a try. Here is what you can expect.

  • Great coaching from knowledgable people breaking down every movement.
  • Personal movement assessment to address your issues and get you moving as well as possible.

  • Moderate intensity.

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing CrossFit methodologies, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick ass workout too.

We have several options available depending on your starting fitness level and schedule availability.

Option 1. CrossFit 101

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday @ 7pm. Now including CrossFit Lite class times.

What is it: Small group class which will teach you the foundational movements we use in CrossFit. Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the movements, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!

Cost: $199 $99/month. No contract, month to month subscription.

Option 2. CrossFit Lite

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays @ 10am, Saturday @ 8am.

What is it: Whether you’re looking to take a break from the heavy barbell or simply want a more met-cony, cardio type of workout, CrossFit Lite classes are perfect for you. They also cater well to beginners. The movements are very much varied and functional, and there is no shortage of intensity. There is very limited use of the barbell and almost nothing considered heavy (which we know is quite relative).

Cost: $69/month. No contract, month to month subscription. Limited time pricing! Get in before the price goes up.

Option 3. Small Group Fundamentals

Schedule: We work with you to figure out a suitable time for you and your group.

What is it: Get a small group together, 2 to 6 friends or co-workers. Figure out when your group can all meet for 5 sessions, and we will assign a coach to bring you up to speed on the foundational movements of CrossFit. Each session you will be taught new movements and given a short workout to test your new skills. On completion of the 5 semi-private sessions you will all be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes.

Cost: $199 each. This will cover your first 5 sessions plus 2 additional weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes on completion of the course.

Option 4. Private Fundamentals

Schedule: We work with you to figure out a suitable time for you.

What is it: 5 private one on one sessions with our coaches to bring you up to speed on the foundational movements of CrossFit. Each session you will be taught new movements and given a short workout to test your new skills. On completion of the 5 semi-private sessions you will all be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes.

Cost: $350. This will cover your first 5 sessions plus 2 additional weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes on completion of the course.
