When I began training for a half marathon and struggled completing a 3-mile run, thats when I knew that something needed to change! I did not want to be someone who stood in the sidelines as a spectator in her own life. I was the only person holding myself back as well as the only person who could change the direction of my life, both the enemy and the hero in my story! The little daily changes I made (seeing a nutritionist, meal prepping, running daily, training daily, meditating daily, etc) all added up to where I am today where health and wellness are my priority and lifestyle.
Motivation & Passion
Fitness helped me unravel that I was the only person holding myself back from achieving my goals. Once I realized that I was the author of my own story, I made it my mission to help others realize the same concept. I want to help in any way I can because I live for seeing the confidence and happiness individuals gain by reaching their own personal fitness goals.
