Schedule Updates!

We’re making big improvements at LAX CrossFit. We’ve been tracking who is attending what classes as well as compiling your suggestions from the suggestion box. In doing so, we have come up with an update to our schedule that is sure to make a lot of people happy. It officially starts this coming Monday, 4/16/18. Here’s a quick summary:

CrossFit: Monday thru Friday @ 5:30am, 8am, 5pm, 6pm (not Thursday), 7pm, and 8pm; Saturday @ 9am and 10am
CrossFit Lite: Monday thru Friday @ 9:30am, Saturday @ 8am
CrossFit 101: (no change) Monday thru Thursday @ 8pm
Yoga: Thursday @ 6pm, Sunday @ 10am
Open Gym: Sunday @ 11am
