We’re making improvements! While you’ve all probably gotten pretty used to coming to the website and these blog posts for your daily fun, we’re making some changes. We’ve created 3 different tracks on SugarWOD which moving forward will host all the workout information you’re used to seeing on here. We may add some more too, including a Competitor track. In case you’re super used to coming here, click the WOD’s button on the bottom right to see the workout of the day. We also highly recommend you get the SugarWOD app if you haven’t already. That’s the best place to see what we’re doing, add your scores, and track your progress.

With the 2018 CrossFit Open about to kick off, we have a lot going on. All of the Open workouts will be automatically added to SugarWOD so that you can track your scores on there. If you’re competing in the Open which we hope you all do (FREE T-Shirt), you’ll still have to post them on the CrossFit Games site.

Each round do 10 lunge steps with 1 arm and then 10 lunge steps with the other.
