400m Run
AMRAP Double Unders

Score total double unders completed. Scaling options: Scale 1|500m Row, 200m Run, Scale 2|400m Row, 200m Run, Scale 3|300m Row, 200m Run. Scale it in a way where you have at least 45 seconds and no more than 2 minutes for double unders.
