2 Turkish Get-Ups (2 on each side)
5-10 Strict Pull-Ups
20 KB Swings (1.5 pd/1 pd)

Rest 45 seconds between movements.

B. Met-Con
Partner WOD
7 Rounds (each person):
3 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
6 Push Press
9 Push-Ups

In teams of 2, alternate when a round is complete. You will be completing 14 rounds total as a team.
