Do you sometimes look at your neighbor during a workout or look at the class currently working out while you’re rolling out before/after yours and think the following?

    That squat isn’t low enough!

  • The board says 12 reps each round, but I could swear that guy just did 10 and moved on.
  • Thrusters require lock out, but there was clearly no lock out there.
  • He calls those toes to bar?!? Toes never even came close to the bar!!

Hopefully you’re not thinking any of those things often, but if you answered yes to any of those questions, then boy do we have a job for you. We’re looking for a few brave souls to Judge during our Double Trouble v2 Competition coming up. It’s not the easiest job, and it pays horribly, but we’re asking for your help. We’re throwing in a free LAX CrossFit t-shirt/tank and we’re working on some other goodies for your service – we may have just secured some yummy food for you over the weekend.

If you said ‘no’ to all of the above, and are not so brave, then we still have a job for you. We also need volunteers to help with setting up, ushering athletes to their competition area, and some other odd jobs throughout the day. We’re also looking for someone to MC the event. Volunteers also get a free LAX CrossFit t-shirt/tank for their service. If you’re a helpful soul and want to dedicate some of your day to help us with the event, please send me an email.
