50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (Adv, 35+ | 50#/35#, Int | 35#/20#)
50 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″, Int | Step-Ups Allowed)
50 Toes to Bar (Int | 50 Med-Ball Sit-Ups (20#/14#))
50 Thrusters (Adv | 115#/75#, 35+ | 95#/65#, Int | 75#/55#)
then,
10 Bar Muscle-Ups (35+ | 10 C2B Pull-Ups, Int | 10 Pull-Ups)

This is a partner workout and the work can be split up any way. Try to split up in co-ed teams of 2 and choose a scale appropriate to the division you would likely compete in. Each partner can do a different Rx.
