Just like those old bracelets, but they hold hundreds of pounds!

We backed SnapClips on Kickstarter a couple of years ago, and we’ve been waiting for our shipment for a while now. Well, they have arrived and we’re excited to give you all a chance to try them. We have 5 pairs and they will be at the coaches shelving area. Ask your coach to give them a try, and please give them back to the coach when you’re done. Workout of the Day 8/10/2017 – Thursday

CrossFit

A. Maintenance
EMOM 12:
0: 8 Strict Ring Dips
1: 8 Ring Rows
2: 8 Romanian Deadlifts

Add weight to the ring dips if possible. Make the ring rows as parallel to the ground as possible.

B. Strength
AMRAP 2:
Push-Ups (chest to ground)

Rest 2 minutes, then…

C. Strength
AMRAP 2:
Pull-Ups

Modify push-ups and pull-ups so that you can do at least 15 reps within in the 2 minutes.

D. Met-Con
EMOM 15:
0: (12/8) Calorie Row*
1: 10 Front Rack KB Lunge Steps (2 x 1.5 pd/2 x 1 pd)
2: 100m Sprint

Scale calories rowed if needed to: 9 for males/6 for females.
