Coach Spotlight: Albert

I’m so happy to officially announce that Albert has joined the LAX Coaching Staff!! He’s been a member for a long time now, and his passion for CrossFit, Fitness, Health, and the LAX CrossFit Community is second to none. When he approached me a while ago saying he was interested in coaching I couldn’t have been more delighted. I knew he would be a great Coach with his attention to detail in queuing movements and especially how he cares for people. If you’ve already had a class with him then you know what’s up. He’s awesome and we couldn’t be more thankful that he has joined the team! Welcome Albert!

Albert and Marlene took 1st in the Advanced Division of our last competition. I think they surprised themselves, but we all knew they had it in them!
