With the East and South Regionals already in the books, our very own California regional is coming up this weekend. Whether you’re following along closely or are a casual fan, you can watch as much of the Regionals as you want for FREE from the comfort of your Internet. You can read all about how to watch here. If you’re looking to catch up on this past weekend’s Regionals, you can see all the events on the Games home page. There will also be Update Show recaps of all the Regional action here (if they’re not up already).

We’ve also put up an interest list to see who’s thinking of heading down to Del Mar this weekend to watch the California Regional. You can add your list to the whiteboard next to the new Batman PR area. We already have a few people interested and it would be great to rally some more and have some fun watching the best in our area crush these workouts. With the Games also moving to Wisconsin this year, this will be our only chance to see Games level athletes right in our backyard. It’s a little sad the CrossFit Games has left LA, but something we have to get used to for the next 3 years 🙁
