German Hang


Besides some work on German Hangs, today’s practice 1/2 Murph at 4pm is one of the last chances to get a little sampling of Murph to get ready for our Memorial Day Murph on Monday, 5/29!

The 40s back to wall handstand is for shoulder endurance/strength, not as much for proper handstand alignment. If you can’t do a full bodyweight german hang, do it on the low rings on your toes.
