7 Rounds:
4 Burpee Deadlifts (155#/105#)
3 Burpee Power Cleans
2 Burpee Squat Cleans
1 Burpee Squat Clean & Jerk

Once you start a rep, you can not let go of the bar until the rep is complete. The burpee is the chest hitting the bar, and the rep is complete when the barbell movement is completed.
