Athlete Spotlight: Dalia

Dalia is awesome at everything. She’s super athletic and picked up the movements and everything we do in CrossFit pretty damn quick. It was no surprise to find out she was a rock star softball player and is now a key member of our softball team. She plays pretty much any position and kicks ass doing it. She’s a little quiet, but strike up a conversation with her and you’ll see she’s also extremely cool!

What’s your favorite food to eat with friends?

Sushi, Thai, Cuban.

How many CF videos do you watch per week? per day?

My cousin posts about 2 videos a day, so about 20 a week.

Fly. Recently went skydiving, so I’m still stoked on flying.

Almonds. I can snack on unsalted roasted almonds all day!

Catch up on Grey’s Anatomy and have some cheat meals/snacks.
