More Lite

The popularity of our latest Lite addition on Saturday mornings at 8am has prompted the idea for adding another CrossFit Lite class time. So we’re doing just that – adding another one to the schedule. Starting next Wednesday, April 12th, we will be having CrossFit Lite classes on Wednesdays at 4pm! This addition is somewhat experimental, so if you want to see them stick then make sure you attend so we know there is demand for the class.
