The 2017 CrossFit Open has come to an end, and while the Games Season has just begun for Regionals and eventually Games athletes, for the rest of us, this is the end of the competition aspect of the CrossFit Games. For those of you who competed in the Open for the first time, we hope you enjoyed it. We saw a lot of people do things they never thought possible. Whether you did it for the cool T-shirt or because you like to test and push yourself and see how you stack up, it’s always fun for us to get together as a gym and compete in the Open.
