Our Tough Mudder team is growing! Still plenty of time to join us. Here’s all you need to know:

  • What: Tough Mudder – no ordinary mud run – it’s an experience. An escape from the everyday. At Tough Mudder, you won’t just face your fears – you’ll knock them down. You’ll go over, around, and through them. You’ll test your strength, stamina, and grit, and you’ll help the Mudders around you to do the same.
  • When: Sunday, March 26th. It’s the Sunday after the last Friday Night Lights, so we should have the Open workouts behind us 🙂
  • Where: Glen Helen Raceway; 18585 Verdemont Ranch Road; San Bernardino , CA , 92407
  • Why: Because all those things in the What above are way more fun with your LAX buddies!

15 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
EMOM 5:
15 Push-Ups
EMOM 5:
10 Pull-Ups | Rx+ 8 C2B Pull-Ups | Rx++ 4 Muscle-Ups

Rest 2 minutes between EMOM’s. Modify reps so you can be consistent for all 5 minutes. Score total reps. If you go above Rx for last EMOM, convert score based on 10 per round, e.g. 8 c2b each round would be a score of 50.
