We are 2 DAYS AWAY from the first 2017 CrossFit Open Workout Announcement!! And only 3 DAYS AWAY from the first Friday Night Lights! If you’ve never done the Open before and think it isn’t for you, to put simply – you’re wrong! It really is for everyone and is a lot of FUN!

We’ve been telling you all kinds of reasons why you should join us: here, here, here, and here. If you do it for nothing else, do it for the T-Shirt! You register for the Open for $20 at games.crossfit.com and LAX CrossFit hooks you up with a sweet, one of a kind T-Shirt! No catches, and while we don’t get any of that $20 from the Games registration, we love seeing you all compete and pushing yourselves to get better! That’s what it is all about really. A little push to improve, work harder, and most of all, have some fun with your LAX box mates!
