Holiday Schedule

After a good amount of surveying, we’ve determined that just about every workplace is observing the holidays on the Mondays after Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. So we’ve come up wth our holiday schedule for the next couple of weeks. If you were hoping to come get a workout at a time not listed here, this is your chance to reach out and let us know. We may still add a class or two on those Mondays if there is enough demand.

Holiday Schedule

  • Monday thru Friday, 12/19/16 – 12/23/16: Regular Schedule
  • Saturday, 12/24/16, Christmas Eve: 10am Class Only
  • Sunday, 12/25/16, Christmas Day: Closed
  • Monday, 12/26/16: 10am Regular Class, 11am Open Gym
  • Tuesday thru Friday, 12/27/16 – 12/30/16: Regular Schedule
  • Saturday, 12/31/16, New Year’s Eve: 10am Class Only
  • Sunday, 1/1/17, New Year’s Day: Closed
  • Monday, 1/2/17: 10am Regular Class, 11am Open Gym

Weight should be relatively light. Work should be completed in about 20-30 seconds.

20 Double Unders

Score total reps. Scale toes to bar to 15 sit-ups (not knee raises). Count 15 sit-ups as 10 reps, so same 35 reps per round.
