Hang Squat Snatch 5 x 3

B. Focus
Power Clean & Push Jerk 5 x 1 + 1

Should be a Push Jerk (not Split Jerk). 5 x 1+1 means 5 sets of 1 rep of the complex. For example, Power Clean & Push Jerk 5 x 1+1 means 5 sets of 1 power clean + 1 push jerk per set.

C. Focus
Overhead Squat 5 x 1

D. Met-Con
Partner WOD
3 Rounds:
100m Sprint
10 Pull-Ups
10 Front Squats (135#/95#)
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Rounds:
8 Deadlifts
8 Burpees
8 Toes to Bar

Score total time. One partner works at a time. Work can be broken up however you choose.
