Just in case you missed it yesterday afternoon (and this morning), the 2016 CrossFit Games Fittest Man Alive dropped in for a little post win WOD. Okay, not exactly. Of course he didn’t workout (pretty sure he did enough of those in the last week or so), but he was grabbing a bike from the Harley shop next door and needed a place to store it overnight. We were happy to help! He is super cool and was nice enough to take a ton of pictures with everyone who couldn’t wait to take a break from Helen to get in on the fun of meeting the Champ! #GetSomeFittestOnEarth (more pics here).
