Workout of the Day 3/9/2016 – Wednesday


A. Maintenance
EMOM 10:
Odd – 20s Active Hang
Even – ME L-Sit

L-Sit should be one max effort, unbroken hold.

B. Met-Con
Death by 50′ Sprints

First minute do 1 x 50′ sprint (25′ down and 25′ back). Second minute do 2 x 50′ sprints. Third minute do 3 x 50′ sprints, and so forth until you can can longer complete the sprints within a minute. Score minutes completed as rounds, plus number of sprints completed on death round as reps.
