Competition Tuesday is LIVE! 

Last week the WODs were a little long, chipper-ish. This Tuesday is starting with a floater WOD – it’s meant to test your anaerobic capacity. You should have ample time to recover and get back at it with the second workout. If you have not competed before, normally you have a morning workout, find time for the floater, and an afternoon workout. All you lucky people get 2 in one class today!

Warrior Soul III – Ground Hog Day WOD

We will be using the D1 Men’s and Women’s weights, but are also giving you what the D2 Men and Women’s weights were. The D1 Men had a top score of 239 reps, and the D1 Women had a top score of 246 reps (which happened to be by Jamie Hagiya). The D2 Men’s score was 250 reps and the D2 Women’s score was 228 reps.
