Holiday Bonfire and White Elephant

Our annual holiday party is going to be unlike any we have done in the past. This year we’re going to setup shop at Dockweiler State Beach for a bonfire, and that means S’mores, hot chocolate, and we’re adding a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Evites are coming this week, so be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t get something by the end of the week, and email me if for some reason you don’t get an invite. Here’s everything you need to know:

  • Saturday, December 19th @ 4:00 PM
  • Dockweiler State Beach
  • White Elephant Gift Exchange: $10 Gifts please. Have some fun with it.
  • Hot Cocoa Bar, S’Mores
  • Bring blankets, chairs, and warm clothing – there’s a chance it might dip below 60, which for us LA folk is FREEZING!

Double Trouble

We’re putting together a Co-Ed Partner Competition in February. We’re nailing down sponsors now, so if you or someone you know has interest in being a part of the action, please email me and I can get you more details on what’s involved.

For everyone excited to compete, be sure to save the date and find a partner. Arbel has assured me that the programming leading into the competition will be catered to getting everyone ready to compete, not to mention get ready for the 2016 CrossFit Open. We not so coincidentally scheduled the competition right before the beginning of the Open. Here are the deets:
