It’s time to break out those crock pots!! We’re having another one of our Famous Paleo Potlucks! Come share some of your favorite and best paleo eats with your LAX CrossFit Family! Everyone is invited – members, families, and friends.

Paleo Potluck – Fall 2015 Edition

  • When: Friday, September 25th @ 8pm
  • Where: Right here at your favorite hangout – LAX CrossFit, 11944 S. La Cienega Blvd., 90250
  • What: Awesome Food: All kinds of paleo specialities including salads, entrees, and even desserts. Some of us have been doing the Paleo thing a long time, and we know how to make the yum happen while keeping it Paleo and super healthy!
  • Who: Awesome People: LAX CrossFit members, families, friends. Basically anyone who wants to share some good food with good people.
  • Why: Kick off your weekend with a healthy variety of deliciousness while hanging out and getting to know your box mates and their families.

Workout of the Day 9/14/2015 – Monday

4 Sets:
2 Hang Power Cleans
1 Power Clean
2 Front Squats

Met-Con.
For Time:
100 Hang Clusters (75#/55#)

EMOM perform 3 burpees, starting at the end of the first minute. Hang Cluster = Deadlift to hang, then Squat Clean Thruster.

Cash Out.

Alternate between clockwise and counter-clockwise.
