Workout of the Day 9/9/2015 – Wednesday

CrossFit

Strength/Skill.
Pistols 4 x 6 (6 on each leg)
Bench Press 4 x 5

Scale up to weighted pistols or weighted OHS pistols. Build to a heavy set of 5 on the bench press and stay at that weight for all 4 sets.

Met-Con.
AMRAP 15:
20 Burpees
200m Run

Cash Out.
30 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Scale up to deficit. Scale down with limiting range by using pads. Goal is reduce the number of pads and build range.
