Do your little monkeys need a place to hang???

LAX CrossFit Kids program is coming back!

I’m finalizing all the details over the next few weeks, but wanted to give the parents out there a heads up. We’re looking to get the Kids program started in either the last week of August or beginning of September. It will be one hour long from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, Monday thru Thursday. Here’s some info on what we’ll be teaching:

  • Gymnastic Strength
  • Handstands
  • Bodyweight movements and control
  • Flexibility and Mobility
  • Rope climbing
  • Tumbling
  • Hanging
  • Ido Portal’s Locomotion
  • Conditioning and CrossFit
  • And More!
