I am a coffee addict.

I love coffee. I love coffee even if it’s from Starbucks (and tastes like burnt dirt). Maybe it’s mental and it doesn’t necessarily help wake me up, but I love the smell of it and I may even like the taste. That all said, we have this coffee maker in the office that really hasn’t been put to use that much since the 5am crew started working out last year.

I say that this coffee maker needs to be used again!

Starting in July, I will have coffee available and brewing in the morning.

For those that don’t drink coffee, but maybe love tea, I will have that for you as well!

Strength/Skill.
Front Squat 1RM

Take 20 minutes to establish a front squat 1 rep max. If you’ve never gone heavy, err on side of caution.
