Keep It Tidy!

So we all know that one roommate, partner or sibling that is just always a mess. Dishes never get put away, clothes go from the dryer to the floor, finding house keys turns the place into a tornado and they can never put anything back where it belongs. We all know them, and some of us may even be them. But at the end of the day, they drive us crazy.

Although we do not physically live at the gym (most of us anyway), this is our home away from home and we need to treat it as such. We’re here just about everyday. We eat here, change here, nap here and even watch TV here.

After days/weeks of looking at the KB’s I had enough. They were all over the place, not in the right weight order and no one was doing anything about it. When we go home, I’m sure we all put things back where they belong/clean up after ourselves and we need to do the same here.

We all need to hold ourselves accountable for cleaning up, wiping things down (Flu season is here! No germs!) and making sure we keep our home in great shape. As coaches, as members and as a team we all need to step up and do our part. Or else ;)….
