New Coach(s)

Starting this Week!

We are adding 3 more coaches to our line-up. Most of you already know them, all 3 have been members for a long time. Typically we look in-house first to select the best we can, in this case its no exception! I am pretty stoked on these additions!

Just a photo I found from CF Asia Regionals 2013, no big deal really.

Rhett

Her first coaching class at LAXCF will be this Thursday at 5pm. Although it won’t be the 1st time she has taught a CrossFit class. She cut her chops over in Afghanastan while deployed for the Air Force, sounded like there was plenty of downtime where she had the chance to start her own mini-box over there training co-workers all day long. This kinda goes without saying…don’t mess with Rhett!

Nick

He has been a constant member of the elite crew that usually works out at 11am. He came with great references from his workout buddies (Adan, Keenan, Rhett and Jamie). When I asked “you guys think Nick would be a good coach?”, it was a resounding “of course!”. He also has his NASM cert as well as his CF Level 1, he knows his stuff when it comes to CrossFit, nutrition, and the body. Google ‘Egoscue’ to see what he does in his day job. He gets his first class this Wednesday at 7pm.

Salty

Rumor has it that his real name is actually ‘Christian’. He was in our very first fundamentals class and it has taken us a full 3 years to convince him to get in front of the class and start coaching. One of the most dedicated athletes you will run into in the box… he is also a really nice guy too. He is starting Monday at 5pm, go show up to his class and ask him lots of obscure questions about CrossFit!
