We’ve talked about adding a CrossFit Kids program at LAX for a long time. Talk is cheap and it’s time to make it happen. We’re very excited to announce that we will be starting our Kids program this September. The program will begin with kids ages 5-12, and we hope will expand from there to teens and pre-kids. The best part is that we will be starting the program with a whopping cost of nothing. That’s right, we’re going to do a little beta program for 4-6 weeks. Death by Burpee
Death by Wall Balls (20# @ 12’/16# @ 10′)

Once you die, enter score and rest remainder of the minute and next one. Then proceed to next death by. Scale med ball weight so that you can reach the target – it should be a difficult throw.
