That was so tiring sitting out there watching the teams and individuals take a shot at ‘Fittest in the World’ title. Hopefully you were either there sitting next to me or watching from the beer garden or at the very least trying to see it on ESPN2 or 3 or wherever it was broadcast.

If for some reason you missed all of the action you can do a quick catch up by looking at the games site here because you know its the only thing people at the box will be talking about tomorrow!

We managed to grab a few functional souvenirs from the games which we bought back to the box. I can’t verify if this is true or not but rumor has it that we got the exact bumper plates that Froning was using on his overhead walking lunge to victory.
