About 2 years ago Arbel, Kiwi, Salty, Amy Simpson, and few other signed up for a Tough Mudder race up in Big Bear.  To get them prepped for the big race we set up a F*** Your Mudder obstacle course WOD.  That got brought back up from time to time along with a few remix versions of it.  Just like Puffy in the 90s… This is the remix.  It’s been about 8 months since the last time we did it.  For some of you this will be the return of a fan favorite WOD.  For others it will be an intro to the F*** Your Mudder WODs.  Have fun with it.

Other News

Mobility / Skill WOD on Saturday will be taught by Adan.  Mystery Movement.  What could it be?  Come find out for yourself what it is!

Track WOD on Sunday will be back at the Aviation Track.  Corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd & Aviation Blvd in Redondo Beach.

The Lost and Found box is overflowing.  You have until next Friday, 02/22/2013 to claim any items.  After that you will see me wearing your gear or it will go to the Salvation Army.
