Whew! That was one busy weekend.
Paleo Potluck Friday Night
Sanjito and the Paleo Challenge peps kicked off our weekend right with a Paleo Potluck Friday night. There is nothing better than finishing up a WOD and stumbling into the lobby to tables full of awesome Paleo grub. What a great spread of food and what a great turn out. Thanks to everyone who brought in a dish. We will definitely be doing another Paleo Potluck in the near future.
Beach Bowl 2013 – Saturday
Building on the moment from last month’s trampoline dodgeball, Sheena kept the ball rolling with our first annual Beach Bowl Flag Football tournament. And man, did we have another strong turn out. 40 people playing, 10 subs, and numerous fans. I am not sure who won the Beach Bowl since everyone was so tired that we skipped a round of the playoffs and mixed the 4 last teams together to make two super teams for the championship game. Regardless, everyone had a blast. Word to the wise, Nicole will put in in a headlock is that it takes. Thanks to everyone who came out to play and support. Make sure to be on the look out for next month’s social outing.
