Halloween WOD


Since Halloween falls on Monday this year, we thought we would take the opportunity to have some fun with it.  I’m sure most everyone will have rocked a costume to a party or two over that weekend.   More than likely your costumes will be trashed by the end of the weekend.  PSA- most costumes don’t hold up too well during all those drunken shanagans.

80s! Let's WOD!

So instead of wearing your torn up and stained Halloween costumes to the box on Monday, Let’s make it a group costume of 80s workout gear.  That’s right, “Let’s get physical!”


Think Flashdance, Jane Fonda workout VHS videos, Olivia Newton John’s “Let’s get Physical” video, step aerobics, etc..
