Dunk Test?
Anyone interested in getting your body composition tested?
We are thinking of rolling out the dunk tank truck to LAXCF this Friday evening from 4:30PM to 7PM. This is by far the most accurate way to test your body fat percentage. Forget calipers and hand held monitors. What a great way to see what your % of body fat is after the Paleo Challenge. Or get an accurate reading at where you are right now so know… knowledge is power.
$50/person, let us know so we can get a headcount. We need 20 people minimum to make this dream become a reality. Post in the comment section if you are in.
